How To Order

To place your order to us is an easy step. Just send us your inquiries through email regarding item name, color, quantity, etc. We will send you the proforma invoice to confirm. Just check the proforma invoice once again before you confirm them.

After that, you can send us your deposit (for non-L/C payment) or issuing the L/C needed for starting your order.

Dear Customer, however.. before you finally place your order to us.  Ask our marketing staffs at  our office or email them at marketing@bagentafurniture.com to send you our latest digital catalog in PDF format to see the complete detail of our products or ask our marketing staff through email to send you the key-code to open our latest online catalog to access.

Please submit your order clearly with the code, quantities, sizes, color and any other details you required to marketing@bagentafurniture.com.

Our marketing contacts will send you the proforma invoice to initiate your order confirmation required for you, as you need your bank issuing your L/C or pay the 30% down payment as the confirmed order.

Payment Terms & Price Quotes

For non L/C order, we take 30% deposit required by bank transfer to confirm your order and the balance should be paid when the items are ready for shipment. For our regular customer, the rest non LC payment should be done since we fax or email the copy of all shipment documents.

For L/C payment. We only take the irrevocable L/C at sight. This is the standard we use today.

All of our prices are quoted in US$ Dollars at FOB – Jakarta Port.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be updated on the website when they occurs.

Minimum Order

To make the administration being easy, We prefer to only take a minimum order at minimum of 1 x 20 feet container mixed.

Please understand about it because every item we offer to you base on the 40″ container cost calculation based. While this calculation was being painful for us cause 20′ based calculation are cost us much higher than 40′ based calculation.

But with the spirit to deliver the best support to you, we allowed the minimum order at 20′ with 40′ based calculation at the same price.

We believe that every big steps should be start with a small step first.

Special Order

If you have specific design to produce that we don’t have it in our collection. Just send your technical drawing to us. The technical drawing will be helpful for us to render the prototype before mass production. Validation process will required from your side before we start to launch the mass production of them

Some hotel furnishing contractor already work with us for their 5 stars hotel furnishing projects in Uni Arab Emirates area with their own design.
